Olio Nuovo Olive Oil- 16oz

Olio Nuovo is freshly pressed olive oil with pulp and living fruit retained immediately after pressing, contributing to its complex flavor and high antioxidant content. This Olio Nuovo was freshly harvested in Ojai, California by Philip Asquith, a fourth-generation olive farmer. It is made from olive varietals including Hojiblanca olives originally from southern Spain in the Andalucia region. The result is a fruity, robust oil with a buttery taste.
